THE PROBLEM SPACE
Load matching was entirely manual — phone calls, brokers, and WhatsApp groups with no structure, transparency, or efficiency
Payment disputes were common — no milestone structure meant drivers and transporters often had no clarity on what they were owed or when
No visibility into load status — customers had no way to track where their shipment was once a truck left the pickup point
The previous vendor's app was architecturally weak — the platform had to be rebuilt from scratch with a scalable, role-aware foundation
What made this platform special was how thoughtfully it was designed for real-world Indian logistics conditions. From enabling drivers to operate it easily while on the road, to supporting Hindi and English, to eliminating payment disputes through milestone-based wallet automation — the system replaced a fragmented manual ecosystem with a structured, transparent, and scalable digital logistics network.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Load matching was manual — phone calls, brokers, zero structure. No platform connecting customers, transporters, and drivers.
Built a single Flutter app serving four roles (Customer, Transporter, Driver, TransDriver) with dynamic RBAC-based UI adaptation and 50 km intelligent load matching.
Payment disputes were frequent. No milestone system — drivers and transporters had no structured view of what they were owed.
Wallet-based milestone payment system — 50% advance on load acceptance, 50% on confirmed delivery — eliminating dispute-prone manual settlements.
Zero shipment visibility after pickup. Customers had no tracking and no status updates once a load was in transit.
Google Maps SDK integration with milestone-triggered location updates giving customers transparent shipment visibility throughout the load lifecycle.
A previous vendor build existed but lacked the architecture and UX to scale. The platform had to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Rebuilt the entire platform on Directus 10.x with custom relational data modelling, commission engine, proposal comparison dashboard, and real-time WebSocket updates.

OUR PROCESS
WHAT WE BUILT
Single Flutter 3.x codebase serving four roles with dynamic, RBAC-driven UI adaptation — Customer, Transporter, Driver, and TransDriver each get a purpose-built experience from one app.
50% advance on load acceptance, 50% on delivery confirmation — automated via Razorpay with full transaction audit trail, TDS consent workflows, and configurable commission logic.
Google Maps SDK integration with proximity-based load discovery — transporters and drivers see available loads within a 50 km radius in real time with route and pricing estimates.
Built on Directus 10.x — user verification, RBAC templates, commission configuration, proposal comparison, wallet oversight, real-time KPI dashboards, and full audit trail logging.
Novu push notifications coupled with Twilio OTP verification and WhatsApp Business API alerts — ensuring critical load status updates reach users instantly across any device.
